What Is Valor?

Ever watched a superhero movie or a tv show and is tired of the typical superhero girlfriend cliche? Valor is the series that subverts the superhero girlfriend cliche by making what used to be a victim into not just a hero in her own right. While making her the hero of her own story.


The Plot

The character Emily Granger had it all. A good family, close circle of friends, and involved with a superhero named Savior. Then, during a space mission to test out a wormhole project, a radiation wave hit which caused her to be sucked into a wormhole and left her stranded into another dimension.

Several years later she finds herself back home and she feels like the proverbial fish out of water that is trying to re-adjust. Especially since she has returned one century past the year that she disappeared. Welcome to the 23rd century Emily Granger.


The Tone

It is a superhero series but in a science fiction setting that is going to get even more sci-fi as the series progresses. It's also my way of taking the premise of Arrow season one and put it in a sci-fi setting.
